Office Cutting Board

Our office kitchen lacked a cutting board, so I decided to make one out of oak and maple. I even burned in our company logo.

Here’s how the build went.

Finished gluing the core of the board. Should have used water to clean up the squeeze out but didn’t. ..

Testing out how the maple will look on the edges of the board.

Finished the rough sanding of the board. Not shown: Chopping off the edges so they’re flat and gluing up the edge pieces.

Burned in the company logo after routing a round over on the edges.
