Local Area Network Automatic Login Utility

This application is designed quickly (not well, I'll fully admit - it needs some love) to connect and poll the OS for networking changes and login/authenticate with networks over HTTP/HTTPS where authentication is required before external access is granted. For example, the UW-Parkside Wireless Network which uses BlueSocket?.
